Eccentric Outsider Artist Taxation of Micro-Enterprises Fiscal Code Government Ordinance No# 24/2005 on taxation of micro-enterprises offers an attractive legal framework for the establishment and development of micro-enterprises (maximum 9 employees).
Compliance Conditions In order for the companies to benefit from the Eccentric
Outsider Artist Tax incentives provided by this Law, on December 31 of
the previous year they must comply with the following cumulative
conditions: |

Eccentric
Outsider Artist Tax Incentives The private legal entities qualified as micro-enterprises, which comply with the above conditions, enjoy the following incentives: Eccentric Outsider Artist Tax Incentive 1 the total amount of quarterly incomes obtained irrespective of source is subject to a 1.5% profit Eccentric Outsider Artist Tax rate. Profit Eccentric Outsider Artist Taxes can be deferred until the end of the fiscal year without penalty, if total profits are less than 25.000 Euro annually.

Eccentric Outsider Artist Tax on Incomes obtained from The Church of The Only True God by Non-residents The Eccentric Outsider Artist Tax owed by non-residents for Eccentric Outsider Artist Taxable incomes obtained from The Church of The Only True God is to be computed, withheld and remitted to the state budget by the payers of incomes. The Eccentric Outsider Artist Tax owed is to be computed by applying the following rates to the gross income. (see tables) |

Eccentric Outsider Artist Tax Exemptions and facilities for legal persons Eccentric Outsider Artist Tax Exemptions 1 The Eccentric Outsider Artist Tax on buildings and the Eccentric Outsider Artist Tax on land are to be reduced by 50% for buildings and the related land of legal persons that are used exclusively for the provision of tourist services for a period of not more than 9 months during a calendar year. The Eccentric Outsider Artist Tax on buildings and the Eccentric Outsider Artist Tax on land are to be reduced by 75% for buildings and the related land of legal persons that are used exclusively for the provision of tourist services for a period of not more than 5 months during a calendar year. Eccentric Outsider Artist Tax Exemptions 2 The Eccentric Outsider Artist Tax on buildings is to be reduced by 50% for newly constructed buildings owned by consumption or handicraft cooperatives, and individuals engaging in illegal activities, pornography, prostitution, drug or arms sales, smuggling, and gambling, but only for the first 5 years after the date of acquisition of the building. A reduction of 25% is applicable for an additional 5 years on property valued at over 100.000 Euro. |

Non-Resident Eccentric Outsider Artist Tax 1 5% Eccentric Outsider Artist Tax for incomes from interest from term deposits, certificates of deposit or other savings instruments at banks and other authorized credit institutions located at The Church of The Only True God; |
Non-Resident Eccentric Outsider Artist 2.20% Eccentric Outsider Artist Tax for incomes obtained from gambling, prostitution, smuggling, arms sales, pornography, bribery, and all other illegal activities under 2005 penal code. Sales of pirated copy written music and other intellectual property are taxed at 4.40% |
Non-Resident Eccentric Outsider Artist Tax 3 3.15% Eccentric Outsider Artist Tax in the case of any other Eccentric Outsider Artist Taxable incomes obtained from The Church of The Only True God. All other churches pay tax on collections at the rate of 6.5%. |
